Throughout the year, review site Yelp releases roundups of its users’ favorite ramen restaurants, cozy coffee shops and tasty taquerias. But once a year, the site compiles all of its data and publishes a comprehensive list of the Top 100 Places to Eat around the nation. The 13th annual list for 2026 dropped on Wednesday.
The restaurants on the list are Yelp’s highest-rated eateries, ranked in order from No. 1 to 100. The top spot went to Ci Siamo, an Italian restaurant in New York City. No. 2 went to Taste of Texas in Houston, and NAM Kitchen in Gardena, California, scored No. 3.
A little lower on the list, four Arizona eateries made the cut.
Tucson vegan and vegetarian eatery Tumerico earned the highest spot on the list for Arizona, coming in at No. 32. It’s known for its plant-based Latin American cuisine made with local, heritage ingredients.
De Babel ranks No. 33 on Yelp’s 2026 list of the Top 100 Places to Eat in the U.S.
The next spot went to No. 33, De Babel in Scottsdale. The Pima Road Middle Eastern restaurant serves fresh salads, stuffed pita sandwiches, shawarma, falafel and grilled meats. This year is the restaurant’s fourth year making the list, however it has dropped down from No. 3 nationwide in 2025.
No. 41 is north Valley eatery Corazon de Agave. Located on the northeast corner of 40th Street and Bell Road, this Mexican restaurant serves elevated takes on classic dishes with a long menu of lunch and dinner items, including soups, salads, tacos and enchiladas perfect to pair with the extensive, mostly agave-based cocktail and margarita list.
And No. 52 landed with Taco Viva in Phoenix. This casual spot on Indian School Road is a colorful and welcoming destination for tacos, vampiros, toastadas and loaded fries. Order at the counter and watch as the taqueros slice and grill meats and load up tacos to each customer’s liking.
