Care provider Steps Together saw his story and offered him a place from tomorrow.
He will spend two months receiving £32,000 of treatment at Rainford Hall, Merseyside, with therapy six days a week plus physical exercise with a boxing coach.
Jack said: “Talking about my problems with The Sun on Sunday could change my life. I told how I couldn’t afford rehab and this company came forward. I know I’m lucky. I can’t stuff this up.
“I am going to work hard and not let anybody down.”

In 2018, former stationery salesman Jack won Love Island alongside Dani Dyer, but they later split.
He had rehab in 2021 but relapsed before Christmas.
Last weekend, right, he spoke of his demons, saying: “I spent thousands doing rehab but didn’t truly believe I had a problem so came out with the same mindset.
“A few months ago I thought it’d be OK to have a drink. I’d done a big stint of not drinking and thought, ‘Yeah, I’ve got this under control, I’ve won’. But it spiralled.
“Since then I have done drugs, I have done laughing gas.
“I have been so drunk that I’ve kissed a woman over Christmas and don’t even remember doing it. I’m embarrassed, mortified. I feel like an idiot.
“I am a 33-year-old man. I should be settled down, married. Instead I need help.
“I’d love to go to rehab because now I know that I have a problem and I want to be able to say no to future temptations.”
Jack will benefit from Rainford Hall’s 600 acres.
Steps Together has treated 5,000 adults in six years. Deputy CEO Steve Jones said: “Jack wants to get better and we want to help him.”
