Ravens hiring Bears offensive coordinator Declan Doyle as their new OC

The Baltimore Ravens are hiring Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Declan Doyle as their new offensive coordinator, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported Friday.

Doyle, 29, spent the past year as Chicago’s offensive coordinator under Ben Johnson after six years on the staffs of the New Orleans Saints and Denver Broncos.

Though it is a lateral move in name, Doyle will be the play-caller in Baltimore, giving the up-and-coming coach the opportunity to work with two-time MVP Lamar Jackson in order to improve an offense that ranked 11th in points and 16th in yards during a disappointing 2025 campaign.

Around the NFL will have more shortly.
