Former Liverpool and Newcastle goalkeeper Loris Karius’ wife is a bombshell TV presenter who loves bikini snaps.
Karius, 32, is best known among English football fans for his horror display for the Reds in the 2018 Champions League final against Real Madrid, which happened to be his last game for the club. Loan spells at Besiktas and Union Berlin followed before he signed for Newcastle United permanently in September 2022.
However, he was merely the third-choice goalkeeper under Eddie Howe, featuring in the 2023 Carabao Cup final and playing just one more game for the north east club before his departure at the end of the 2023/24 season. His former clubs Liverpool and Newcastle are set to face off on Saturday night at Anfield, though Karius’ uninspiring spells for either club mean he likely won’t be tuning into the Premier League action.

Fortunately, he can take solace in the fact he is married to one of the most stunning women in football. The German goalkeeper wed Italian sports presenter Diletta Leotta, 34, in a lavish ceremony on June 22, 2024, in Vulcano, Sicily, having first become an item in 2022.
The gorgeous couple share a young daughter, Aria, and are expecting a baby boy later this year. Leotta happens to be one of the most popular television presenters in her native Italy and is the face of DAZN in her homeland.
Millions tune in to watch her do what she does best on television every week. But she is equally popular for her presence on social media.

Leotta regularly dazzles fans by wearing skin-hugging dresses and tiny bikinis that flaunt her jaw-dropping figure. And she often provides a glimpse into her glamorous lifestyle by sharing sun-soaked pictures of her on lavish holidays.
One example was when she left little to the imagination last summer by wearing a barely-there multi-coloured bikini during an outdoor shower.
Among her hundreds of bikini pictures, the sizzling star also set pulses racing last year by stripping down for a bathroom mirror selfie which showcased her sculpted abs.

The Italian beauty has likewise posed in front of luxury boats and even paid homage to Pamela Anderson by rocking a red swimsuit inspired by the one from the iconic movie Baywatch.
Leotta is well aware of her good looks, admitting they helped get her into the footballing business. Speaking to Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, Leotta said: “Is it more difficult for women in football? DAZN has always valued the role of women.
“Both in front of and behind the camera. We are a family where talent has a voice – regardless of gender. We live in a perfect world but a little competition is normal. So many female journalists and presenters are good and talented. But please don’t force me to judge them.”

She added: “Did being beautiful help me? Image is important but preparation and the ability to cover events are even more important. Love for my work and professionalism have always been important to me.”
While husband Karius was at Newcastle, Leotta lived in Milan with Aria and voiced her frustration towards the “inconvenient” transport links separating them. She later joked about her disappointment in his move to Germany, adding she had hoped Karius would join her in Italy.
Karius currently plays for Schalke 04 in the German second tier after they were relegated from the Bundesliga in 2023. Schalke signed the Liverpool flop following his contract expiry at Newcastle.
