UF student faces charges for fake ID, public exposure

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A University of Florida student was arrested early Saturday after giving police a fake ID for identification and urinating in public.
Police say they first made contact with Noah Robinson, 19, of Hollywood, Florida, after he was being held back by friends after a battery occurred in a parking garage.
Robinson was detained in reference to the battery investigation and handed officers a Florida driver’s license that had a 06/20/2003 date of birth on it, according to the report.
Police advised Robinson that he was unrelated to the battery and told him he was free to go.
Police say Robinson then walked to the bar and demanded entry from the bouncer.
The bouncer called 911 due to Robinson’s behavior and told police that Robinson had threatened to kill him.
After police asked the bouncer for footage, Robinson walked away with a friend and said he “was going to pee,” according to the report.
Police say they followed Robinson to the side of the building and witnessed him urinating on the wall with his penis visible to others.
Police handcuffed Robinson and searched him, finding a different Florida driver’s license with a 6/20/2006 date of birth.
He is charged with Possession of FL DL or ID Card with an altered date of Birth, Giving False Name or False ID to LEO and Exposure of Sexual Organs/ Indecent Exposure.
The arrest report lists him as a student and social media suggests him attending UF.
