Bad Bunny Turns Into a Schiaparelli Boy at the 2026 Grammys

Tonight, Bad Bunny is one of the most-nominated artists at the 2026 Grammys with six different nods, including for best album and song of the year. Given the significance of the night for the Puerto Rican star, then, he had to bring his fashion A-game for the red carpet. (Though when does he not?) To celebrate music’s biggest night, the star wore a sleek tuxedo from Schiaparelli—the first-ever major menswear red carpet moment for the label.

The suiting vibe might suggest a classic menswear look, but Bad Bunny’s dapper black and white ensemble was actually based on a womenswear look that first came down the brand’s spring 2023 couture runway in Paris. The sculptural black tuxedo was classic enough from the front, but a party in the back: The design featured a laced-up detail along the rear of the blazer. “This look was easy—look how good it looks on me,” Bad Bunny told Vogue during his final fitting, adding that he was unafraid to try out a new silhouette. “My personality can connect with different worlds and styles. The same happens musically.”

For a finishing touch, there was also the Schiaparelli signature of a measuring tape motif embroidered onto the lapels. The look was also punctuated with Cartier jewelry. “We love this outfit,” said his stylist Storm Pablo. “As far as who Benito is today, this is the most elevated version of him. With Schiaparelli doing this outfit and them never doing menswear, this is something really refreshing and new.“
