Club Med Unveils New Dining, Wellness and Family Experiences in Across its Hokkaido Resorts this Winter

From cosy regional dining to serene wellness rituals and refreshed family spaces, Club Med adds new layers to winter escapes in Hokkaido through Winter 2026/27
Singapore, 5 February 2026 – Club Med, the global leader of mountain premium all-inclusive holidays, invites travellers to experience Hokkaido at a slower and indulgent pace with new dining, wellness and lifestyle enhancements across its mountain resorts. Rolling out from this season through Winter 2026/27, elevated experiences are designed to enrich how winter holidays are enjoyed – from shared meals and restful evenings to moments of reconnection with family and self.
A Taste of Hokkaido at Club Med Sahoro
At Club Med Sahoro, the main restaurant, Daichi, welcomes guests into a newly renovated space from this winter. The re-imagined setting frames a buffet dining experience centred on regional Japanese cuisine, where comforting noodles, sashimi, sushi and seasonal produce form the daily rhythm. Inspired by local culture, the new layout creates a series of more intimate spaces, allowing guests to ease into breakfast, lunch and dinner at a natural pace throughout the day.
Sahoro’s specialty restaurant, Mina Mina, has reopened with a new izakaya-style concept and redesigned spaces. Inspired by traditional Japanese neighbourhood bars, Mina Mina focuses on shared dishes such as otsumami small plates, grilled skewers, rice bowls and desserts. The experience is intentionally informal, encouraging conversation and relaxed evenings rather than structured dining.
Across the resort, the food programme highlights Hokkaido’s culinary identity. Signature dishes are featured as integral elements of the all-inclusive meals each day, such as Shintoku soba and miso ramen to Tokachi beef, venison, local raclette cheese and soft ice cream made from regional dairy. For gourmet indulgence, guests can select premium dining options at an additional cost, including Hokkaido hairy crab, premium sea urchin and Tokachi Wagyu, served as steak or shabu-shabu.
Updated Petit and Mini Clubs at Club Med Sahoro
From December 2026, Sahoro’s Petit and Mini Clubs will be refreshed with the ‘Where Do We Go?’ concept. The vibrant spaces will introduce cultural references through play and learning, creating an environment that nurtures children’s curiosity while maintaining Club Med’s structured and attentive approach to childcare.
Gentler Evenings at Club Med Tomamu
For this winter, Club Med Tomamu’s bar, The Nest, will introduce an all-inclusive menu available from 4pm to 8pm for guests aged 15 and above. Early evenings are designed as a gentle transition from the day, with whisky and sake-based cocktails, non-alcoholic options, and a quieter atmosphere before dinner. From 8pm, The Nest continues with its premium menu at an additional cost, offering a more intimate and cosy setting later into the night.
A Delightful Speakeasy at Club Med Kiroro Grand
Tucked behind a discreet entrance, The Kakurega is a speakeasy conceived as a quiet retreat at the close of the day. The lounge offers an intimate setting where guests can enjoy cocktails prepared with seasonal local ingredients, alongside a thoughtful selection of Japanese whiskies, creating an easy backdrop for unhurried conversation.
An all-inclusive menu is available from 4pm to 8pm. From 8pm to 12am, The Kakurega continues with a premium menu, offered at additional cost.
Opening on 28 February 2026, The Kakurega is available during the winter season only.
In-Room Wellness at Club Med Kiroro Peak
At Club Med Kiroro Peak, wellness extends into the privacy of the guest room. Deluxe Rooms and Suites now feature simple fitness equipment, such as mats and resistance tools, allowing guests to stretch or exercise at their own pace. A new pillow menu with six options – from memory foam to silk pillowcases – adds a personalised touch to rest and recovery after a day on the slopes.
A Continued Enrichment of the Club Med All-Inclusive Experience
Together, these developments reflect Club Med’s ongoing approach to all-inclusive hospitality, guided by how guests move through their days, how families share time together, and how individual needs are accommodated. In Hokkaido, winter takes shape as a series of thoughtful moments, where food, wellness and shared rhythms set the pace for an immersive seasonal escape in Club Med.
