Super Bowl 60 Concession, Drink Menus Revealed Ahead of Patriots vs. Seahawks Matchup

With Super Bowl 60 between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks being held at Levi’s Stadium, the menu for the marquee event will be infused with Bay Area-specific items.
Per Aaron Tolentino of KRON 4, a media preview showcase event on Thursday revealed many of the unique food and drink items that will be available to fans attending the game on Sunday.
Here are the some of the Super Bowl food items on the menu:
The fanciest food item among that group is the “Super Shucker” Hog Island Oyster Sampler. It includes six oysters specifically sourced from Hog Island’s farm, located in Marshall, California, which is roughly 90 minutes from the stadium.
Fans in search of a unique type of burger could seek out the LX Hammer Burger, which is described as an “elevated, colossal and shareable” item built with “bone-in beef shank, roasted mirepoix demi-glace, and Point Reyes bleu cheese fondue on a house baked brioche bun.”
The highlight of the specialty-drink menu is the Fog City Frozen Irish Coffee. The drink features blended Irish whiskey mixed with vanilla bean ice cream and an ice cream cookie sandwich from IT’S-IT.
If that dessert-drink is too rich for consumers, the stadium will also have Chinatown’s Fortune Cookie Martini, Golden Gate Mule, Santa Clara Sunrise and Pier 39 Paloma available.
Guests able to watch the game from the owners’ club and VIP suites will have access to the 12-Hour Smoked Short Rib Pastrami and Sonoma Mountain Beef-Chetta.
The menu was put together by Levy Restaurant group, which partnered with the NFL and Super Bowl 60 for the event. Chef Lou Bastian, senior vice president for Levy’s west coast operations, is working with the league on the Super Bowl menu for the fourth time.
Kickoff for the Patriots-Seahawks game will be at 6:30 p.m. ET on Sunday.
