Canada and Italy are tied for 3rd, both 3-1 through four matches.
Switzerland (2-2) is 5th, followed by Sweden (2-3) in 6th. Estonia (1-3) and Norway (1-3) are tied for 7th, while Czechia (0-4) and South Korea (0-4) are still looking for their first wins.
