Kelly Brook returns to lingerie modelling & talks her shock sex pact, fat jabs & THAT rumoured Ant & Dec feud

KELL yeah – she’s back! Kelly Brook has returned to lingerie modelling just in time for Valentine’s Day.

In our exclusive, no-holds barred chat, the I’m a Celebrity star reveals why she’s in her ‘why the f*ck not’ era, what she really thinks about her body and why Jeremy is the ‘best husband in the world’.

WITH Valentine’s Day fast approaching, many couples will be hoping for some romance to spice things up. And if it’s been a while since you’ve had, erm, special time with your other half, Kelly Brook is urging you to take action.

The 46-year-old model has been with husband, Italian model and actor Jeremy Parisi, since meeting on social media in 2014. But despite being together for more than a decade, the pair have kept the spark well and truly alive.

“We still fancy each other,” she admits. “I think that’s important. We are still romantic. Not sickly, but we really like each other and spending time together.”

Kelly and Jeremy, 40, have a pact that they never go more than a week without having sex, but like every couple, they find it hard to make time in the grind of daily life.

“I do think that a week is a long time to go without sex with a partner. After a week, one of you has to instigate it. If no one’s instigating it, that’s weird.

“When we’re on holiday, we’re at it every day, but at home it gets a lot more difficult to maintain that. Sometimes, the dog sleeps in the bed and it makes it feel like we are housemates!

“It’s hard to keep it sexy all the time. We are definitely not at it every day at home,” Kelly laughs.

“I work every day on the radio, and sometimes you just can’t be bothered. We really focus on going on holiday and having weekends away to get that time together. But with relationships, it’s not all about sex. It’s about intimacy, so it’s sometimes just about cuddles and doing nice things for each other.”

‘Jeremy is the best husband in the world’

The secret of her relationship success, Kelly thinks, is that she and Jeremy take care of each other.

“I don’t think I could be with someone who was lazy,” she explains. “I’ve married someone who is the best husband in the world. He drove us back from a trip to Normandy at the weekend, which took eight hours, then he went and did a food shop, he got the car cleaned, he took the dog for a walk. . . he just doesn’t stop!

“We want to look after each other. We don’t have ‘blue jobs’ [for him] and ‘pink jobs’ [for her] – we both muck in, and if something needs doing, we do it. He’ll cook dinner and I’ll wash up. We pair up on things – that’s the key to it. Don’t lie back and go: ‘Well, I’ve done this today, what have you done?’ Don’t make each other feel bad about anything.”

As for V Day itself, this year the pair have planned a romantic pub dinner near their home in Hampstead, North London, and it’s safe to say Jeremy will be in for a treat. She’s just returned to modelling, with the Kelly Brook Lingerie Edit at Next – and is looking smoking-hot.

“Jeremy is over the moon with it,” she says. “He loves all the pictures from the campaign. It keeps it fresh. When he met me, I wasn’t doing modelling except maybe the odd calendar. But now, revisiting those types of shoots has been quite sexy.”

For men of a certain age, posters of Kelly adorned their bedroom walls when they were growing up, and in 2005 she was crowned FHM’s Sexiest Woman In The World. So, how does it feel over 20 years on to still be setting pulses racing?

She laughs: “I do say it sometimes: ‘I’m the sexiest woman in the world’.

Then I add: ‘2005’. No I don’t! It was a long time ago, but it’s nice to be considered sexy and desired.

“In the moment, I didn’t really think about it. You do a shoot and you don’t think about it being on someone’s wall. If I’d acknowledged that at the time, I’d have been quite embarrassed, but it’s a really nice chapter in my life. Looking back, I like that I was the cute pin-up girl of the past. I don’t have a problem with it.”

There’s no doubt Kelly is not just a pretty face – alongside her return to modelling, she has her daily show on Heart Radio, co-hosting with JK, and a busy year ahead launching her homeware range, Home of Parisi, with Jeremy.

“I’m glad I’ve evolved,” she admits. “I’ve moved my life along. I look back and think: ‘I’ve done so many different things – theatre, film, radio and television.’ It’s been nice to have all those experiences.

“But definitely, it’s fun to dress up and play that role again. I feel like I’m trying to resuscitate the old career of Kelly Brook, doing lingerie and swimwear and being really fit and looking good,” she laughs.

“It is scary, but I’m really embracing it. I feel like I’m at the time in my life where I can do it all. But then, I don’t really see a time where I’m not going to be able to. I just saw Madonna in the new Dolce & Gabbana ad, and she’s in stockings looking fabulous with this gorgeous young guy. Women now are defying what it is to be a certain age. We are looking better, healthier and fitter.”

‘If there’s a roll here or a bit of cellulite there, that’s how it is’

Kelly has her recent stint on I’m A Celebrity to thank for landing the deal with Next, after wearing outfits from the high-street brand while in the jungle.

“When I was packing for I’m A Celebrity, there was huge pressure on what I would be wearing in that bloody shower scene! I didn’t know where to get good swimwear, and when I Googled it, Next came up as best for big busts.

“There’s not a lot on the market for curvy women that looks fashionable. I ordered stuff and it fitted me amazingly. Then when I came out [of the jungle], Next wanted to partner up, so it all happened organically.”

Kelly, who took part alongside Jack Osbourne, Ruby Wax and winner Angry Ginge, was voted out fourth as a debate raged online about her weight, simply because she didn’t look like she did in her 20s. Thankfully, she says, it didn’t bother her.

“I’m 46, and I don’t think my career is necessarily defined by my looks now,” she says. “Even revisiting underwear shoots with Next, I was very strict on set.

“I obviously recognise I don’t look the way I did 20 years ago in lingerie, and I think it’s important not to heavily retouch pics or change my body. If there’s a roll here or a bit of cellulite there, that’s the way it really is.

“I do want to look my best, and we’ve got make-up and lighting, but I want it to be me. I don’t want to change anything.”

Kelly previously revealed on a podcast that a doctor had offered her Mounjaro before going into the jungle, but she turned it down as she loves her curves.

“Well, I love to eat,” she says. “When I met my husband, because he’s Italian and his life revolves around food, I started eating three meals a day. Every day revolves around where we’re going to have lunch, where we’re going to have dinner!

“My husband and I love to eat together and the result is that, over the years, I’ve put on weight, but I’ve never felt better or more energised. When I was modelling, I was always tired, grumpy and getting ill. I was really ratty and never really knew why. My brain never felt switched on, and I used to have this vacant look about me. I was probably just hungry,” she laughs.

“I do love to be fit, though. I ran the London Marathon last year with Jeremy. We are active and we walk our dog a lot. I want to be the best version of myself, and that is not necessarily how I look, but in terms of an overall view on my life. I want to be happy, not because I’m thin, but because I’m healthy.”

Why can’t I be a bikini model in my 40s at size 12-14? Why the f**k not?

Kelly was a surprise signing to I’m A Celebrity, as she had always sworn off doing it, but taking part in Celebrity Race Across The World with her husband in 2024 changed her mind.

“I was definitely more open to it after that,” she explains. “I’m a lot tougher than I thought. Saying no to things comes from fear – fear of what people will think, or not coming across well, or not enjoying it.

“When the jungle came along, I couldn’t find a reason not to do it. I absolutely loved it and leaned into it all. [Before going in] I spoke to lots of people who had done it before, like Myleene Klass, Jane Moore, Mark Wright and Oti Mabuse. I had mixed reviews, but I loved the chores and collecting the firewood.

“I’m in my don’t-give-a-damn era. I’m at an age where I don’t care any more. It was one of the reasons I went into the jungle.

“I’ve got friends who have been diagnosed with illnesses over the last few years. It’s getting closer to my age group. It sounds morbid, but I feel like I can’t put things off. I can’t say: ‘Oh, maybe I’ll do the jungle when I’m 50,’ because you just don’t know.

“I haven’t got time to waste. It’s like: ‘Why can’t I do this? Why can’t I be a bikini model in my mid-40s at size 12-14? Like, why the f**k not?’ You have to lean into life and experience it and do what you want to do. It’s been really empowering to think like that.”

Since getting back to Blighty, Kelly has been planning to reunite with her jungle campmates.

“Everyone is in the WhatsApp group,” she reveals. “There’s been no fallings-out. Ruby is trying to organise a dinner for everybody. There’s talk of tattoos! I’m not going to get a tattoo,” she laughs.

“Some people had really profound experiences in the jungle, and came away thinking it was the best thing they’ve ever done.”

Regarding any rumoured awkwardness with show hosts Ant and Dec – who had revealed in their 2010 memoir that, during her short-lived judging stint on Britain’s Got Talent, they were unimpressed she didn’t know what they did on the show – Kelly is adamant that wasn’t the case.

“There was no awkwardness at all,” she reveals.

“Ant and Dec are the sweetest, and they were so excited that I was doing the show. I think they are really involved in the casting of it.

“They were really fun and supportive. I was so excited when I saw them for the first time – I was in a helicopter looking down at them. I actually got star-struck, even though I worked with them all those years ago.

“I’m a massive fan of the show, so it was surreal to suddenly be in there. Plus, Ant and Dec were the least of my worries – I was more concerned with snakes, spiders and the lack of food!”

Ant and Dec were the least of my worries in the jungle.

Kelly was also worried about being away from Jeremy. Before going into the jungle, they had never spent more than a day apart.

“It was really hard,” she admits. “I don’t think we would do that again. I really missed him, and then [the team on the show] gave me a picture of him and my dog Teddy, and that made it worse! You need to compartmentalise it, but they want you to cry. It’s all part of the game.

She adds: “Jeremy did say he nearly passed out when he saw me walking across the bridge!”

Having that effect on men even when she hadn’t showered for three weeks? There’s no denying Kelly is still hot stuff.
