She is best known for being one the greatest skiers of all time, having won four overall World Cups, 84 World Cup races and an Olympic gold medal. Most recently, Lindsey dated liquor company founder Diego Osorio from 2021 to 2025. The two may have broken up, but Lindsey has kept herself busy since, focusing on her foundation and returning to skiing for the 2026 Winter Olympics after a 2019 retirement.
“Valentine’s Day will look a little different for me this year … but I have my two dogs, so they’ll be my Valentine’s dates,” Lindsey told PEOPLE in February 2025. “I think with everything that’s going on in my life, I sometimes have to keep reminding myself that it’s a tough road, but I’m doing what I love to do and I’m very lucky to be able to do it. But it doesn’t mean that it’s easy, and doesn’t mean that it’s not lonely at times.”
Here’s a look at Lindsey Vonn’s dating history.

Lindsey married former professional skier Thomas in 2007.
He proposed to her on New Year’s Eve 2006 while watching fireworks in Kirchberg, Austria, before the couple married at Silver Lake Lodge in Deer Valley, Utah — not far from where they met — the following year.
Thomas and Lindsey divorced in 2011, but she expressed gratitude for their time together.
“I’m thankful for my years with Thomas, and he taught me a lot,” she told The New York Times. “So this is a difficult time. But I’m not worried that I can’t be successful without him. I’m a strong and capable woman.”

In March 2013, golfer Woods announced his relationship with Lindsey.
“Something nice that’s happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn. Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating,” Woods wrote on his website. “We thank you for your support and for respecting our privacy. We want to continue our relationship, privately as an ordinary couple and continue to compete as athletes.”

The two were very candid about their relationship with Lindsey telling Katie Couric in an interview that she connected with Woods’ “dorky-goofy” sense of humor and competitive spirit. She even stepped out publicly with Woods’ kids at the Par 3 Golf Tournament in Augusta, Ga., in 2015.
“They’re great. They’re amazing kids, and he’s an amazing father,” she told PEOPLE at the time. “You know, I feel privileged to be along for the ride, and I help as much as I can. They’re great kids — I love ‘em.”
The couple split in 2015 after both publicly expressing that their demanding schedules made it challenging to find time together. However, Lindsey and Woods have remained friends.

In May 2017, the couple were photographed together at the Hollywood premiere of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Six months later in November 2017, one of Lindsey’s friends told PEOPLE that the couple had split due to their busy schedules.
“Unfortunately, their busy schedules ultimately took a toll on the relationship,” they said. “It was amicable and they are still friends. Lindsey is laser-focused on her training for the upcoming Olympics and is leaving the country for several months to start competing.”

In late 2020, the couple announced that they had split with heartfelt messages on Instagram, expressing their desire to remain friends.
“Over the past 3 years PK and I have had some incredible times together. He is a kind, good man, and someone I respect a great deal,” Lindsey said. “However, after much consideration we have decided to move forward separately … We will always remain friends and love each other immensely.”

Subban shared the same message, but added, “Lindsey is one of the most kind and caring people I know. I will always treasure our time as a couple together and the many laughs we shared.”

Everyone has different parts of their life that are painful and difficult to get through,” she said on What I’ve Learned, with Ariana Huffington. “But when you get on the other side of it, you find so much more happiness and joy. If you embrace that, you can learn a lot and find yourself.”
Throughout their relationship, Lindsey and Osorio were spotted out for walks together and at Dr. Dre’s Super Bowl after party in Santa Monica, Calif. in February 2022.
