Erin Jackson, Brittany Bowe competition schedule at 2026 Winter Olympics

Ocala-raised Olympic speedskaters Erin Jackson and Brittany Bowe are set for their third and fourth Olympics appearance, respectively.

For Jackson, the 33-year-old who graduated from Forest High School, this year’s Winter Olympics at Milano Cortina, Italy, gives her an opportunity to defend her gold medal in the women’s 500 meters. With her gold medal-winning performance in 500 at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, Jackson became the first-ever Black woman to win a gold medal in an individual event at the Winter Olympics.

Meanwhile, for the 37-year-old Bowe, who graduated from Trinity Catholic, this year’s Olympics appearance marks her last, as she’s previously announced her plans to retire this year.

Together, Ocala’s pair of Olympians will compete in four different events throughout the course of the 2026 Winter Olympics. Here’s a complete event schedule for Jackson and Bowe.
