After a shooting Monday night in the parking lot of the Burlington Centre mall, police say, a man in his 20s is dead.
Halton police media officer Ryan Anderson said officers responded to a shooting at the lot on 777 Guelph Line at around 10:10 p.m.
A man, 24, identified as Omer Niaz Muhammad, was taken to hospital, police said, and pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made, he added, and officers are investigating.
