Motherwell have lost just once at home in the Premiership all season – to Falkirk, after scoring first.
Across 12 games, they have gathered an impressive 27 points, winning eight of those.
And no opponent has scored in the nine outings at Fir Park since that defeat to Falkirk.
“I’m sure if you watch there’s luck involved there as well but, for the most part, we are so strong and secure, teams can’t really play through us and we work really hard on that and hopefully the luck continues,” said defender Paul McGinn yesterday.
“We had a few that have just gone by the post and stuff so to do that, you do need that luck, but it’s no coincidence as well that we’re keeping it to a minimum.”
