IKEA announces first-ever Oklahoma store coming to Tulsa in 2026

IKEA is officially coming to Oklahoma.

The home furnishings giant announced Tuesday that it plans to open a new store in Tulsa in 2026.

The location will be the first IKEA store in the state.

The Tulsa store is one of four newly announced U.S. locations set to open in 2026.

The others include Chicago, Fort Collins, Colorado, and Los Angeles.

The expansion news was released alongside IKEA U.S.’s FY25 Annual Summary.

“Looking ahead to FY26, we will build on this momentum, focusing on continued investment in the U.S. to make IKEA more affordable, accessible and sustainable,” said Rob Olson, Interim CEO of IKEA U.S., in a statement.
