Eastern Ontario school buses have been cancelled because of forecasted snow Friday — except for those in Ottawa.

Environment Canada is forecasting nearly 10 centimetres of snow for most of the region starting around noon. There could be closer to 15 centimetres under a snowfall warning south of Ottawa.

Schools are generally open. Check with your school or board for information on what happens when there are no buses.
