Tabcorp’s live betting puck to enter NSW pub scene

Tabcorp chief executive Gillon McLachlan says he has received approval for a controversial live betting device inside NSW pubs and clubs, bringing the wagering operator one step closer to deploying its ambitious retail strategy.
Australia’s online gambling regulator and Liquor and Gaming NSW approved Tabcorp’s tap-in-play service, a puck-like device that punters can tap with their phones to place bets during live sport and racing events.
