Colts, QB Anthony Richardson mutually agree to seek trade

The Indianapolis Colts and quarterback Anthony Richardson have mutually agreed to seek a trade, NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe reported on Thursday, per a source.
Richardson, the fourth-overall pick of the 2023 NFL Draft, has had an injury-laden start to his career, the latest being an orbital fracture suffered during pregame activities in Week 6 of the 2025 season.
Following the success of Daniel Jones’ first year in Indianapolis — and the Colts’ desire to keep the QB in Indy — Richardson’s time with the club appears to be coming to a conclusion.
Around The NFL will have more on this news shortly.
