AXS promotes Julie Lamb and Jason Boxer to key roles

AXS has announced two key promotions – Julie Lamb, previously SVP of human resources, to chief talent officer and Jason Boxer, previously SVP of accounting & finance, to chief financial officer.
Based in LA, both Lamb and Boxer will continue to report to Bryan Perez, CEO of AXS.
“The promotions reflect their leadership and impact on the company’s growth, culture and long-term strategy,” said a statement.
In her new role as chief talent officer, Julie Lamb will continue to lead AXS’s global people strategy, including an expanded focus on talent development at the ticketing platform.

As chief financial officer, Jason Boxer will oversee all aspects of AXS’s financial strategy, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and long-term growth initiatives.
“Jason has been equally impactful in shaping the financial discipline and strategic foundation of our business,” added Perez. “As we expand rapidly into new markets, he has helped architect a globally integrated finance organisation that supports sustainable growth, operational rigour and long-term strategic investment. His leadership is critical to ensuring AXS continues to scale with focus and purpose.”
These promotions follow the recent appointments of Nikhil Bobde as chief technology officer and Alex Hazboun as chief innovation officer.
Winners in the Ticketing company category at the Music Week Awards last year, AXS are nominated again at the 2026 ceremony.
