Below is ticketing information for our Champions League round of 16 fixture against Bayer 04 Leverkusen at the Arsenal Stadium on Tuesday, March 17 at 20:00 pm (UK).

As with all men’s competitive home fixtures, this match is included as part of the Platinum and Avenell season ticket.
Cup scheme
For Gold Members who have signed up to the 2025/26 Cup Scheme and have selected the UEFA Champions League, please note that payment will be charged to the card provided on Monday, March 2.
For any members whose payment card fails, you will automatically be given an opportunity to purchase your own seat in the exclusive gold season ticket holder priority window advertised below. There will be no booking fee during this priority period.
Sales Phases
If you are a 23 Game Gold Season Ticket holder and have not registered for the Cup Scheme, please note that you can purchase your own season ticket seat(s) from 1pm on Tuesday, March 3. The seat(s) will be reserved online and held until 1pm on Friday, March 6 and there will be no booking fee during this priority booking period.
If you are a Gold Member and hold a concession price season ticket, please note that your seat has already been reserved to the correct concession. This can be found in the “My Account” section under reserved seats. You will be able to amend this online when booking should you wish to upgrade to an adult ticket. Please note that if you upgrade a concession ticket but wish to change back to the original price before making a purchase, you must log out and log back in to default your seat back to the original concession price.

If you have a 19 Game Gold Season Ticket and wish to attend this match, you must enter the silver ballot as outlined below. The 19 Game Gold Season Ticket does not include UEFA home fixtures, which is why the silver ballot entry is required.
Important Information
To ensure that home section tickets are purchased by genuine Arsenal supporters, this match has a ballot and purchase embargo in place. This means that fans who purchase an Arsenal membership after Monday, January 19, 2026, will not be permitted to purchase tickets for this game. Anyone who enters a ballot for this match with a membership that is purchased after the embargo date, whether as an individual or as a group will have their whole ballot application invalidated.

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for home fixtures will be sold via a ballot system, exclusively for Arsenal members.
Members will have a designated window to enter the ballot. You can choose to register individually or as a group of up to four members, if all supporters meet the necessary requirements. You can enter at any stage during the registration window, and your odds of success will remain the same.
For this fixture, 19 Game Gold Season Ticket/Silver and Red Members will not have the option to select our dedicated family areas, which are in blocks 28, 29 and half of block 30. This is due to event requirements, and because there are concessions priced tickets available throughout the stadium.
If you are eligible, you can select up to two preferred price bands during the registration process. You can also choose to be balloted into any remaining areas if you are not successful in either of your preferred price bands.

Ticket Exchange & Ticket Transfer
Access to the Ticket Exchange service will be limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballots. This service may also open to other members, and these details will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page.
Once the 19 Game Gold Season Ticket/Silver ballot has concluded, any unsuccessful Gold-Silver members will have priority access to the Ticket Exchange service. Once the Red ballot has concluded, all unsuccessful members will have access.
Arsenal season ticket holders can transfer their tickets to friends and family from the Ticket Hub in the Arsenal app.
Both Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services will close three hours before kick-off, unless stated otherwise and recipients of tickets via the Ticket Transfer service must accept the ticket transfer before the deadline. If recipients do not accept a ticket, it will be automatically accepted on their behalf.

Embargo
In addition, season ticket holders are only permitted to transfer tickets via the Ticket Transfer service to a recipient whose account was created on or before the Monday, January 19, 2026, for this game. Tickets forwarded to supporters whose accounts were created after this date will not be able to accept the transfer, and the transfer will be cancelled.

Digital Tickets
Any tickets purchased by members for the 2024/26 season will be loaded onto their digital membership pass via the official Arsenal app.
Once the digital pass has been added to an Apple or Android wallet, any purchased tickets will automatically show on the digital pass approximately one week before the relevant fixture.
Any tickets accepted via the Ticket Transfer service will be available in the Ticket Hub.

Under-14s
Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied and seated within reaching distance to an adult aged 18 or over when attending fixtures at Emirates Stadium.
Any bookings which do not meet our safeguarding regulations will result in the ticket being cancelled and a full refund issued.
