Shuttle buses operating on UP Express due to ‘unplanned track work’

TTC senior communications advisor Susan Nguyen has an update on transit operations across Toronto.
Metrolinx says Union Pearson Express service has been modified Thursday morning due to “unplanned track work.”
GO shuttle buses are operating on the UP Express line between Union Station and Pearson airport.
The Crown corporation is advising travellers to Pearson that the express buses will pick up and drop of customers from a temporary stop on Station Street at York Street. UP Express representatives will be on site for further assistance.

Customers are also encouraged to take the TTC route 900 Airport Express from Kipling Station.
In a statement to CP24, a spokesperson for Metrolinx said overnight testing identified track issues that required repair work between Weston Station and Pearson.
Regularly scheduled 15-minute train service between Union, Bloor, Mt. Dennis and Weston stations continues.
