Cam Jordan reportedly ‘open to leaving New Orleans’ as negotiations with Saints hit a snag

Negotiations between the New Orleans Saints and Cam Jordan don’t appear to be in the most solid place.
The two sides have reportedly not been able to reach an agreement, and a result, Jordan will test free agency when the league’s negotiating window opens Monday. According to ESPN, the longtime Saints defensive end is now “open to leaving New Orleans” ahead of his 16th NFL season.
Jordan, who has played for New Orleans since he was drafted in 2011, is coming off a resurgent season in which he recorded a team-high 10 ½ sacks.
This marks the first time in his career that Jordan will be a free agent.
This is a developing story and will be updated.
