Thousands of users are reporting that Amazon’s website is down, leaving shoppers with page errors when they attempt to access the site.
According to Downdetector, there were more than 18,000 reports of problems with Amazon’s site beginning around 2:15 p.m.
The reports started to decline around 2:20 p.m., but still remain in the 15,000 range as of this report.
Shoppers complaining on social media said they were experiencing issues with checkout and payment errors, incorrect or fluctuating prices on items, and problems when attempting to update their shipping locations.
Some have complained that they cannot complete their purchases on the site.
Amazon has not issued a public statement addressing the issue.
