The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with offensive lineman Austin Schlottmann, formerly of the New York Giants, marking another departure from the Giants’ roster in free agency.
Schlottmann, a versatile interior lineman who can play center and guard, provided valuable depth for the Giants last season. He stepped in as a solid reserve, delivering reliable performances in place of starting center John Michael Schmitz during key stretches.

Schlottmann’s experience and flexibility helped stabilize the offensive line amid injuries and lineup changes.
The 30-year-old undrafted free agent out of TCU began his career with the Denver Broncos in 2018, later spending time with the Minnesota Vikings before joining the Giants on a two-year deal in 2024. Over his NFL tenure, he has appeared in numerous games, offering veteran presence on the interior.
This move reunites Schlottmann with the Titans organization indirectly, but more notably, it makes him the fourth former Giant to sign with Tennessee in this free agency period. He joins wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson, cornerback Cor’Dale Flott, and tight end Daniel Bellinger in heading south.
For Giants fans, losing Schlottmann depletes experienced backup options on the offensive line. The team now faces questions about depth heading into the next season.
