We have lift off, officially, of NFL free agency. No more reports, at least ones that linger for days, actually signings and trades for the Cleveland Browns and the rest of the NFL. At the start of the league year, the Browns officially tendered S Ronnie Hickman, reportedly with the second round level, let OL Joel Bitonio’s contract void, and decided not to tender three players who could have been restricted free agents.
