News broke hours earlier that the couple (pictured above in March 2025) separated after eight years of marriage.
The reality star, who wore a pink tee and sweats, captioned the video, “Mood today and everyday [thank you].”
Matthews posted the footage hours after news broke of her and Terry’s breakup after eight years of marriage and four children.
The MomTok star — who shares Beckham, 8, Haven, 6, Tommie, 4, and Lottie, 7 months, with her partner — made the reveal during a confessional on Thursday’s episode of the show’s fourth season.

“We both agreed to do a separation,” she told viewers before packing up her belongings in a subsequent scene.
“I don’t think it’s like with the intention of being separated forever,” she clarified. “I think we’re obviously still going to see each other every single day. I’m not trying to go even a day away from the kids anyway.”
The 25-year-old explained that she needed to heal from her mysterious chronic illness because her “bucket is [too] full” to “have the motivation” to address her and her husband’s intimacy issues.

Matthews opened up about her breakup on Thursday’s “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” episode.
Matthews, notably, was sexually abused in the past, and the pair have been in couples therapy over their struggles in the bedroom.
“Sexual intimacy … [is] his No. 1 need and that’s my No. 1 wound,” she quipped.
Matthews noted it could “take weeks or months” to heal, leaving their separation timeline unclear.
“There’s part of me that is definitely scared to lose him because I feel like our marriage is so good outside of the sexual intimacy part of it,” she said.
She and Terry don’t have “the intention of being separated forever.”
Matthews, who has been suffering from a chronic illness, lacks “the motivation” to address their intimacy issues, she told viewers.
The duo met in 2017, conceived their first child and got married in March 2018.
The “Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” Season 4 is now available to stream on Hulu.
