Warriors hit with Seth Curry concern vs Timberwolves

Clearly, Friday wasn’t the Golden State Warriors’ night.
And just as the Warriors get Seth Curry back into the lineup, they lose him again. The veteran sharpshooter exited the game early to get checked out. It was only a matter of time before the Warriors made the final call on his status. The Warriors ruled out Curry for the remainder of the game due to an adductor issue.

When Curry left the game, he had played in just seven minutes off the bench. During his short stint on the floor, the veteran guard failed to make any of his shots, He went 0-2 for zero points.
The veteran logged just one rebound and one assist on the night. The Warriors were trailing when he left the court.
Curry is far from the only Warrior dealing with a setback. Heading into the game, the Warriors listed Jimmy Butler, Steph Curry, De’Anthony Melton, Moses Moody, and Quentin Post. Draymond Green was a late addition due to back soreness. The Warriors scratched Green, along with ruling out Butler, Curry, and Moody.
Melton and Post were cleared to play, although Post left the matchup before it was over. Al Horford did the same. Despite not entering the game with a known setback, the veteran center was ruled out due to right calf soreness. His status going forward is up in the air.
Since joining the Warriors, Curry had just three games played. He appeared in the first two games of his stint, which started on December 2, before going out with a long-term injury. He missed games from December 6 until March 9. In his most recent showing, Curry scored 13 points on 4-6 shooting from the field. He also had one rebound and three assists in the Warriors’ 119-116 loss
It’s unclear how concerning Curry’s setback is, but he’ll be a name to keep an eye on once again.
