MICHAEL DOAN MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

The annual Michael Doan Memorial Golf Tournament will take place on July 11 at the beautiful Crimson Ridge Golf Course.
Michael was a son, a friend to many, and a young man who lived live to its fullest. Tragically his life was taken too soon at the age of 25, almost nine years ago now.
The Michael Doan Memorial golf event was created to raise funds to provide scholarship opportunities for two graduates of St Mary’s College, where Michael attended and excelled as a student athlete.
The event also raises funds for local organizations, including Arch Hospice, and the Twinkie Foundation. This past week, members of the golf tournament committee visited both Arch and Twinkie, to deliver a donation of $2,000 to each of these wonderful organizations.
Over the first eight years of existence, the golf tournament has raised over $100,000.
