The force said the 17-year-old suffered a slash wound to his arm, while the 24-year-old man had an injury to his elbow. They both attended hospital for treatment.
A 23-year-old, who was located later, suffered an injury to his arm.
Det Sgt Adam Penn said: “We do not tolerate violence or those who think it is acceptable to carry or use weapons.
“Following these arrests, we continue to investigate this incident, and efforts are ongoing to trace other people believed to have been involved.”
