NFL CB responds to Dolphins WR Jaylen Waddle’s fight comments

The sports world has been captivated by fights in recent years, especially between athletes from other sports outside of a boxing ring or octagon, musicians and content creators.

Over the weekend, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle attended a fight promotion, and before the bout, the former first-round pick said that he’d fight Denver Broncos cornerback, and his Alabama teammate, Patrick Surtain II.

It didn’t take long for the video and quotes to make their rounds, and Surtain took the opportunity to respond on social media.

VIDEO IS EXPLICIT AND NSFW

Obviously, Surtain II is the son of legendary Dolphins cornerback Patrick Surtain, who also coached in Miami during Waddle’s second season in the NFL. There’s clearly a good relationship between Waddle and the Surtain family, but it’s hilarious to see these guys going back and forth like this.

With Surtain having four inches and at least 20 pounds on Waddle, that’s probably not a fight that the wide receiver should be looking for.
