Jessica Biel Reportedly ‘Not Happy’ About Justin Timberlake’s DWI Arrest Footage Being Released
Jessica Biel is reportedly upset after husband Justin Timberlake’s 2024 DWI arrest footage was released to the public.
A source close to the 7th Heaven alum, 44, told People on Sunday, March 22, that she’s “not happy about the renewed attention” the video’s release has brought the family, adding that the entire ordeal has been “stressful.”
The “SexyBack” singer, 45, was arrested in June 2024 and charged with a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated. He later pleaded guilty to “driving while ability impaired.”
Timberlake, who appeared to joke about being white in the police bodycam video and awkwardly had to explain his profession to authorities, previously attempted to block its release.

Despite the footage making headlines, Biel is reportedly standing behind her husband.
“There have been some challenging moments lately, and she’s focused on moving forward,” said People’s source. “She’s the happiest when she’s able to focus on family life, along with her work when she chooses to take on projects.”
“She’s supportive of Justin, but she’s also not afraid to express when she’s disappointed in certain decisions,” the insider continued. “This was one of those moments.”
Timberlake’s attorney, Edward Burke, Jr., maintains that the singer was not intoxicated when he was arrested.
In September 2024, the singer reached a plea deal to plead guilty to a lesser offense. Timberlake was ordered to pay a $500 fine with a $260 surcharge and complete 25 hours of community service. His license was also suspended for 90 days.
