Loyer hits consecutive 3-pointers

It’s the basketball equivalent of guessing the number of jelly beans in an oversized jar: How many F-bombs do you think Dan Hurley drops in a single UConn practice?
“Did you count?” asked junior wing Jayden Ross, smirking with unbridled curiosity. “Because in two, two-and-a-half hours…”
Fellow junior Solo Ball, meanwhile, took the more practical route. “If you think about every sentence,” Ball said to himself, counting on his fingers, “it’s probably gonna be …”
Nope. Still too unwieldy to calculate, or to even attempt.
Eventually, Ball and Ross — who have participated in hundreds of Hurley-led practices over the years — came to what they deemed a conservative estimate: “low hundreds” of Hurley’s chosen curse word every time the Huskies take the floor for practice.
“But,” Ball added, pausing for dramatic effect, “it works.”
Does it, though?
