The United Women boss was also asked for further information on Toone, who watched the Bayern game from the stands, having been out since December with a hip injury, but Skinner hopes to have her back training with the team soon.
“The plan is, hopefully, the game after the international break [against Spurs],” the head coach said. “[That] is the aim for her, should everything go well.
“She’s training on the field, she’s doing individual bits, she’ll hopefully be back with more team bits soon enough, so the aim is, and the hope is, that we can get her back for after the next international window.”
That timeline would see the Lionesses star return to Reds action at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 26 April.
