Porzingis was the fourth pick in the 2015 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks.
He has also had stints with the Atlanta Hawks, Dallas Mavericks, Washington Wizards and Boston Celtics over 11 seasons in the league.
The Hawks traded him to the Warriors last month.
Nate Duncan wrote (on March 28): “It’s possible that Kristaps Porzingis already has 3 games for the Warriors that might end up better than any Jonathan Kuminga has for Atlanta. Obviously lots of time still in both players’ careers, but Warriors have won the trade so far.”

Porzingis has dealt with a lot of health issues during his time as a pro.
That said, he is one of the best forwards in the league when on the floor.
During the 2024 season, Porzingis helped lead the Celtics to the NBA Championship.
