‘Paradise’ Fans—You Need to Sit Down for Sterling K. Brown’s Announcement About the Show’s Future

Season 2 episodes of Paradise are currently airing every Monday on Hulu.

Sterling K. Brown went on Instagram to share that Paradise had been renewed for season 3 on Hulu.

Fans will be surprised to learn this update about the show’s future.

Paradise fans, it looks like we’re hanging out with Sterling K. Brown a little while longer.

Since new episodes of season 2 began airing on Hulu, viewers have been obsessed with Xavier Collins (portrayed by Sterling) and his trials to find his wife, Teri, beyond his Colorado bunker. And with there being just one more episode left of this Paradise installment, it’s only natural that fans are curious about what the future holds for the show.

Thanks to Sterling’s exciting announcement on Instagram, we got some answers. Sharing a clip of himself holding cue cards, à la the famous Love Actually movie scene, Sterling revealed Paradise will return for season 3 on Hulu.

“Secrets can’t be contained forever. 🤫,” the caption read on March 17. “PARADISE will return for a third season. #ParadiseHulu.”

Fans shared their excitement online as soon as they heard the announcement.

“Can season 3 start as soon as season 2 ends??!!! Asking for myself lol,” one person wrote.

“Well DUH!!! Did they think 2 Seasons was even an option!?! 😂 that’s silly … ,” another chimed in.

“YASSSS 🔥🔥 This is the BEST News EVER!!!!” a different follower added.

Even though this is certainly thrilling news, there is one major caveat we need to share, too. While Paradise is indeed coming back for season 3, an article from The Hollywood Reporter did note that this is likely going to be the show’s final installment. Executive producer John Hoberg says it stems from creator Dan Fogelman envisioning Paradise as only three seasons.

“We know what the end is, and it’s an end that would make it very difficult to make a season four come afterward,” he told THR in February 2026.
