All Fortnite April Fools Update 2026 Content, Explained
The time is ticking on the Fortnite April Fools 2026 Content, and if you want a quick rundown of everything in the update, you’ve come to the right place.
Fortnite is celebrating the most chaotic day of the year by offering equally inventive and gameplay-shattering modifiers. From giant heads to the ability to ride some of the game’s most iconic creatures (something the game sorely needs anyway), here’s everything Epic has added in the Fortnite April Fools Update for 2026.

There are five main additions in the 2026 Fortnite April Fools Update: Large heads, finger guns, the ability to climb on other people’s shoulders, immunity to fall damage, and llama riding.
Big Heads
Old-school games will remember that many games used to have a ‘Big Heads’ cheat code you could enter. It would quite literally make your character’s head (and many others’) much bigger than it should be.
Does it fundamentally change Fortnite? No. Does it make the game exponentially funnier? A million times yes.
Finger Guns Weapons
If you’re tired of not being able to find a good weapon, then opt for some Finger Weapons! Fire imaginary ammo from the tips of your fingers, and watch in delight as comic-style ‘Pew’ pop-ups flood the screen, eliminating opponents in style.
No Fall Damage
A self-explanatory one here: Instead of plummeting to your death or losing a fat chunk of HP, you will return to the Earth safely, but not without an amusing splat sound effect to signify your landing.
Ride Llamas
This might honestly be the best addition of the lot. Ridable llamas are temporarily littered around Fortnite for one day only in the Fortnite April Fools Update 2026.
This should be a thing; it needs to be a thing. Forever. Llama has spoken.
Shoulder Riding
Finally, you and your teammates can now all get on each other’s shoulders to form a battering ram of humanity. More importantly, there’s apparently no limit to the tower’s height either, meaning you could conceivably get the whole lobby together to form a monstrous pillar of strength—requiring supreme balance.
