According to Downdetector, users are having problems using the financial technology company. The bugs popped up April 1 shortly before 1 p.m. EST.
According to the site, the biggest problem is on the app, where nearly 80 percent of the problems were listed. Another nine percent couldn’t access online banking while seven percent couldn’t use the funds transfer feature.
There is no timetable for when the issues will be resolved and as of 1:30 p.m., there were more than 3,800 reports of problems.
