Final Injury Report for Nuggets-Jazz: Will Cameron Johnson, Aaron Gordon Play?

The Denver Nuggets are on the road on Wednesday night as they travel to take on the Utah Jazz in a Western Conference matchup.

Denver enters Wednesday’s game with a 48-28 record after defeating the Golden State Warriors at home on Sunday night.

In Sunday’s victory over the Warriors, Nikola Jokic led the way for the Nuggets as he recorded 25 points, 15 rebounds and eight assists while Jamal Murray added 20 points, six rebounds and seven assists of his own.

Now Denver will try to grab another victory on the road on Wednesday as they face off against a struggling Jazz team.

On the other side, Utah enters Wednesday’s contest with a 21-55 record after losing at home to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night.

Cody Williams led the way for the Jazz in Monday’s loss as he ended the game with 26 points, six rebounds and four assists while Kyle Filipowski recorded 20 points, 10 rebounds and five assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Wednesday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

Nuggets Injury Report: Will Aaron Gordon, Cameron Johnson Play?

For the Nuggets, they have three players listed on their injury report, including forward Aaron Gordon.

Denver has listed Gordon as probable due to left calf tightness and he is expected to return after missing Sunday’s victory over the Warriors.

The Nuggets have ruled out Spencer Jones due to a right hamstring strain while Zeke Nnaji is out with a left hip sprain.

The good news for the Nuggets is that Cameron Johnson is not listed on their injury report and will play against the Jazz after he left Sunday’s victory in the third quarter due to back spasms.

Jazz Injury Report: Will Keyonte George, Isaiah Collier Play?

On the other side, the Jazz have seven players listed on their injury report, including both Keyonte George and Isaiah Collier.

Utah has ruled out George due to a right hamstring strain that has kept him sidelined since March 13 and there is still no timetable for his return.

The Jazz have also ruled out Collier due to a left hamstring injury as he will miss his eighth straight game while Lauri Markkanen remains sidelined with a hip injury.

Jaren Jackson Jr., Jusuf Nurkic and Walker Kessler have also been ruled out as they are all set to miss the remainder of the season while Elijah Harkless has been listed as questionable with a hamstring injury.
