Kawhi Leonard, De’Aaron Fox, And 3 Other Underdog Player Props For Clippers vs. Spurs

The last tipoff time for this Thursday’s NBA slate will be between the Los Angeles Clippers and the San Antonio Spurs. Here are five of the best player props on Underdog Fantasy for the matchup.

Victor Wembanyama Over 25.5 Points

Big man for the Spurs, Victor Wembanyama, is coming off two back-to-back monumental scoring performances, dropping 41 points against the Golden State Warriors and 41 points against the Chicago Bulls. Despite these big scoring outings, a great play to take is his under on his 25.5 points prop on Thursday.

The Clippers this season are allowing the 10th fewest points per game, 112.5. Also, in his last three career games, Wembanyama has only had 26 or more points against the Clippers once.

Darius Garland Under 19.5 Points

Darius Garland, guard for the Clippers,  has also been scoring the ball well of late. In his last four games, he has had 20 or more points three times. But like Wembanyama, despite his success, his under on his scoring prop is the right play to take on Thursday.

The Spurs this season have been an elite defensive unit, allowing the eighth fewest points per game in the league, 111.5. Over their last three games, they have given up just 107.3 PPG. Also, in Garland’s last seven games against the Spurs, he has only had 20 or more points one time.

Kawhi Leonard Under 6.5 Rebounds

In Kawhi Leonard’s last three games, he has had seven or more rebounds in every contest. But with the strength of the Spurs on the boards, he should hit the under on his 6.5 rebounding prop line on Thursday.

San Antonio this season is allowing the ninth fewest rebounds per game, 51.5. In their last three games, they are giving up just 44.0. Leonard, this season against the Spurs, has had seven or more rebounds in one of two games. In his last eight career games against them, he has had seven or more rebounds just once.

De’Aaron Fox Under 5.5 Assists

Guard for the Spurs, De’Aaron Fox should be able to cover the over on his 5.5 assists line with ease.

The Clippers have been solid this season in allowing a low amount of assists per game, 26.2, the 11th lowest average in the NBA. But Fox, in two games against the Clippers this season, has found a way to still be effective as a playmaker and generate a notable amount of assists. In the two games, he had six and nine assists.

Julian Champagne Over 2.5 Made 3-Pointers

Wing for the Spurs, Julian Champagne, in his last five games, has made three or more 3-pointers four times. His high hit rate of covering the over on his 2.5 made 3-pointers should carry into Thursday against the Clippers.

Los Angeles, in their last three games, has done a poor job at defending the 3-point line. Over the following stretch, they are tied for allowing the second-most made threes per game in the NBA, 17.0. Champagne in two games against the Clippers this season has made three or more 3-pointers one time.
