Newly released police body camera footage is offering a closer look at Tiger Woods in the moments following his March 27 rollover crash.

“It don’t depend on me!” one officer responded.
The interaction took a lighter turn as Woods asked officers if they could retrieve his golf clubs from the vehicle. Asked if they held any significance, Woods said, “I won 14 majors with it,” he said, prompting an officer to reply, “They don’t call you the goat for nothing.”
Woods expressed concern about being seen while speaking with authorities, but officers reassured him that the area had been blocked off, and one officer commented that he appeared taller in person than he does on television.

At one point, Woods is seen walking outside, later telling responding deputies that he “was just talking to the president.” He added while holding his phone in the air, “Trying to get away from everybody.”
It is unclear whether Woods was referring to being on the phone with President Donald Trump in the aftermath of the accident, but the two are close friends who have publicly lauded one another in the past.

As he is being handcuffed, Woods asks, “I’m being arrested?” An officer responds, “At this time, I do believe your normal faculties are impaired.”
In separate footage obtained by PEOPLE, Woods is seen sitting in the back of a police vehicle after the crash in Jupiter Island, Fla., wearing a sheet over his head and handcuffed. During the ride, he looks out the window, occasionally wiping his nose, yawning and experiencing hiccups.
Woods is facing charges of DUI with property damage, careless driving and refusal to submit to a lawful test.

The footage was released one day after a Florida judge granted Woods permission to leave the U.S. to seek medical treatment. According to documents reviewed by PEOPLE, his physician recommended that he receive care at an out-of-country facility due to a “complex clinical presentation” and the need for treatment that cannot be safely or effectively provided within the U.S.
His attorney, Douglas Duncan, also cited privacy concerns in the filing, arguing that “ongoing medical scrutiny and public exposure create significant barriers to his care and would result in setbacks and an inability to fully engage in treatment.”
