New shop opens at Castle Howard stocking ‘beautiful gifts’

Castle Howard has opened a Jellycat soft toys shop, just in time for the Easter holidays.
The brand will be displaying their spring and summer range.
These include the Amuseables Hydrangea, Amuseables Watering Can, and Amuseables Carrot, which make for fun companions to a day out in the North Yorkshire stately home’s gardens.
The shop is also stocking Bartholomew Bear Daffodil Outfit, rated best overall Jellycat in the Independent in February – this teddy bear has a removable daffodil headpiece.
There will also be some products sold out on the official Jellycat website at time of release, including the Amuseables Rosie Lea Mug.

Castle Howard’s head of retail Adam Barber said: “We’re absolutely delighted to host a Jellycat shop, just in time for Easter.
“Their jolly ranges make for beautiful gifts and souvenirs from a day out exploring the house and gardens.
“We’re excited to continue to surprise visitors with top-quality shopping experiences in the Stable Courtyard, which permanently houses our farm shop and gift shop, and garden centre nearby.
