Ben Affleck Reportedly Gives Ex Jennifer Lopez His Share of Their $60 Million Beverly Hills Mansion

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have reportedly had trouble selling their multimillion-dollar Beverly Hills mansion, and now it seems that the Argo actor is washing his hands clean of the property.
According to a Friday, April 10, TMZ report, the 53-year-old Oscar winner has given his ex-wife, 56, his entire interest in the property, allegedly worth tens of millions of dollars.
Court documents obtained by the outlet show that the exes modified their property settlement agreement, which shows a “transfer of property among spouses.” While the document wasn’t specific, sources with direct knowledge of the situation claimed to TMZ that Affleck gave his entire stake over to Lopez for free.
The Kiss of the Spider Woman star and the Tender Bar actor — who finalized their divorce early last year — previously took their Beverly Hills mansion off the market after having trouble trying to sell it, TMZ previously reported.

The 38,000-square-foot home, which features 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms, was originally listed in July 2024 just weeks before Lopez filed for divorce that August.
The outlet reported that the former couple tried for a year and a half to sell it at its original asking price of $68 million, and they recently took $16 million off the price tag in September. Lopez and Affleck, who are said to have purchased new homes since the divorce, reportedly paid $60.85 million for it in May 2023.
The Gigli stars, who were first in a relationship from 2002 to 2004, shocked fans when they rekindled their romance almost two decades later.
In April 2022, they were engaged for a second time and tied the knot in a spontaneous Las Vegas ceremony on July 16, 2022. They held a wedding celebration for family and friends the following month, but in August 2024, Lopez filed for divorce.
TMZ recently reported that the “Let’s Get Loud” singer has been living in the Beverly Hills house as she works on renovations on the other property she recently purchased.
Last month, when Lopez was performing in her Las Vegas residency, she was captured in video footage bringing a fan onto the stage. When she asked for his name and he said, “Ben,” Lopez replied: “Ugh!”
