Masters 2026 live updates: Round 3 latest with leaderboard, tee times, how to watch as Rory McIlroy leads by six

Patrick Reed, the 2018 Masters winner, finished third last year, and he is right back in the mix again this week.

Reed shot back-to-back rounds of 69 to sit at 6 under. He is tied with Sam Burns behind leader Rory McIlroy.

💬 “The golf game felt OK. I felt like I gave myself some really good opportunities. I didn’t make quite as many putts as I felt like I wanted to. At the same time, giving yourself chances and also making some crucial putts to keep the momentum and getting balls up and down throughout the round, I felt like was huge.”

Reed’s only bogey in yesterday’s round came on the 18th hole. He has five birdies, two eagles and three bogeys entering the weekend.

💬 “The worst part and the thing that frustrated me most is I hit every golf shot how I wanted to. On 18, you’re having to get up and down, and then I hit the putt where I wanted to and it just doesn’t go in. Things like that happen around here. In golf in general.

“Any time I sit there and shoot back-to-back 69s or anything in the 60s on Thursday, Friday in Augusta, you’re happy.”
