The new series will depart from the original show’s traditional Montana setting, taking the couple into unfamiliar territory where survival, legacy and control are once again on the line.

“Dutton Ranch” is one of two “Yellowstone” spinoffs launching in 2026, alongside “Marshals,” which focuses on Beth’s brother Kayce Dutton, played by Luke Grimes, and premiered on CBS in March.

Here’s what to know about “Dutton Ranch” and how to watch.

~”Yellowstone” spoilers ahead~

In the closing moments of “Yellowstone,” Rip stands by Beth as she avenges the murder of her father, John Dutton, facing off against her adopted brother Jamie Dutton, played by Wes Bentley.

The confrontation proves fatal for Jamie and sets the stage for Beth and Rip to move forward and forge a future away from Yellowstone.

What is ‘Dutton Ranch’ about?

“Dutton Ranch” is set in Texas and picks up after the events of “Yellowstone.” Beth and Rip begin a new life, leaving behind the original Dutton land, and attempt to build a future together somewhere new.

The show follows the couple as they manage a sprawling Texas ranch while navigating ongoing threats, financial pressure and rival operations that could put everything they’ve built at risk.

At the same time, they continue to raise their quasi-adopted son Carter, adding a more personal dynamic to their story.

Who stars in ‘Dutton Ranch?’

Alongside Reilly and Hauser, several new cast members are joining the series, including Annette Bening and Ed Harris. Finn Little is also reprising his role as Carter.

Harris plays Everett McKinney, a hardened veteran and veterinarian, and Bening will play Beulah Jackson, the powerful head of a major ranch in Texas and potential antagonist to Beth.

How to watch ‘Dutton Ranch’

“Dutton Ranch” premiere with two episodes at 8 p.m. local time May 15 on Paramount+, with episodes also airing on Paramount Network.
