Porsha Williams Shares Advice for ‘Real Housewives’ Newbies

As a long-time “Real Housewives” veteran, Porsha Williams has a lot of insight she could share with new ladies coming into the franchise. Whether they heed her advice remains to be seen but fans will definitely enjoy watching what happens.

Porsha Williams Tells New Housewives: “Be Who You Are Across the Board”

In an episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” Williams warned against “switching back and forth” or playing both sides, noting that inconsistency always comes back to haunt people during the reunion.

“I would just say stand 10 toes down on what you’re saying. All that switching, back and forth, or you play one way with these girls and another way with that [one]. Just be who you are across the board,” the “New Celebrity Apprentice” star shared.

With 10 seasons under her belt, Williams’ advice holds a lot of weight. She joined as a main cast member in 2012 (Season 5) and has become a fan favorite to this day. From her “Frick and Frack” friendship with Phaedra Parks, to childbirth and marriages, fans have seen Williams grow on the show.

The reality star also headlined spin-offs documenting her personal life including “Porsha’s Having a Baby” and “Porsha’s Family Matters.”  She recently competed on Peacock’s “The Traitors” (Season 4) and previously appeared on “Stars on Mars.”

“Ten Toes Down”: Porsha Williams Schools RHORI’s Liz McGraw on Real Housewives Survival

Porsha appeared alongside Liz McGraw, a breakout star from the newly premiered “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island.”

When sharing her insight on being yourself and standing firm, Andy made it clear that McGraw, known as the “Cannabis Queen,” can hold her own. Williams asked the newcomer,

“You good with that? 10 toes down?” McGraw simply responded, “I’m good,” with an air of confidence.

Alongside her husband Gerry, McGraw owns and operates the Thomas C. Slater Compassion Center in Providence. It was the first medical dispensary to open in Rhode Island and remains one of the largest in the state.  She is currently collaborating with longtime friend and “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dolores Catania to launch a line of menopause-focused cannabis gummies.

McGraw has quickly become a central figure in the franchise due to her dominant personality and a shocking family revelation.

Authenticity Wins From Atlanta to Rhode Island

Whether they are seasoned icons like Porsha Williams or fresh faces like Liz McGraw, the golden rule for reality TV survival remains the same: staying true to yourself from day one.

By “standing ten toes down” and embracing their authentic lives, from cannabis empires to family bombshells, these women prove that consistency is the ultimate key to winning over the fans. As both “RHOA” and “RHORI” heat up, one thing is certain: the cameras always reward those who refuse to switch up.
