Tyson Fury has paid an emotional tribute to £20,000 guard dog Cash in the latest series of his Netflix family programme.
The heavyweight boxing champion features in the popular docuseries At Home with the Furys, alongside wife Paris and their seven children. Viewers have been watching the series since 2023, gaining exclusive access to the well-known family’s life in Morecambe.
In the second series, available on Netflix, Tyson reveals how celebrity status has robbed him of his privacy. “I’ve been in Morecambe for 17 years, and there’s no personal life.
“Everything’s public, where I live, where my kids go to school – there’s no privacy, privacy doesn’t exist,” he admitted, reports the Mirror.
While supporters knew the Furys’ Morecambe address, they had security in the form of rottweiler guard dog Cash, who has tragically died.

At the conclusion of episode nine, audiences will spot a poignant tribute to the animal, stating: “In loving memory of Cash.”
This might surprise viewers as the rottweiler features in episode eight, during a short scene where 13-year-old Prince feeds him.
The programme was recorded last year, so the exact timing of Cash’s death remains unknown.
Nevertheless, supporters have been honouring the family pet since March 2026, with Fury fan accounts sharing their sadness over the passing.

Tyson bought the guard dog for an estimated £20,000 in June 2022. He enlisted Elite Protection Dogs, a London-based supplier which offers “exclusive dogs for exclusive people”. The dogs receive training from an early age to safeguard properties and respond to intruders.
The boxer shared a tender bond with Cash, having previously posted affectionate photographs with him on Instagram. One monochrome photograph from 2024 shows Tyson beaming while enjoying time with Cash.
The caption states: “A man’s best friend. Always happy to see you. Loves u unconditionally, lovely quiet times with my dog.”
Following the filming of the second series, the Fury family have relocated to the Isle of Man.
