How Jets should handle each pick in NFL Draft 2026

We’re just about one week away from the NFL draft. That means it’s silly season.

There are a ton of rumors and reports about what teams may or may not do. The truth is no one knows how the draft is going to play out. That’s why it’s such a great event. The Browns and the Jaguars blew up mock drafts last year at pick No. 2 when they executed the trade that landed Travis Hunter in Jacksonville.

This year feels wide open after Fernando Mendoza at No. 1 to the Raiders. There seem to be a lot of similarly graded players bunched together and many of them at positions that are not considered premium.

For today’s newsletter, I’m going to give you what I think the Jets should do. I am not projecting what I think they will do. That’s in my regular weekly mock draft for The Post.
