During his time in Detroit, Holmes has established himself as one of the best evaluators in the league. In both 2023 and 2024, Holmes won PFWA’s Executive of the Year. With that said, him being an elite evalutator doesn’t necessarily lend itself to him being predictable. In fact, it is likely the opposite.
