Disney Announces ‘Infinity Vision’ Theatrical Experience — CinemaCon

Disney kicked off a new era for theatrical releases on Thursday, announcing the launch of Infinity Vision at CinemaCon.
In collaboration with global theatrical partners, the new premium large format (PLF) certification signifies a theater meets rigorous technical standards for the ultimate moviegoing experience.

Infinity Vision theaters are outfitted with the largest screens for maximum scale, superior laser projection for brightness and clarity, as well as fully immersive premium audio formats.
There are currently 75 Infinity Vision-certified PLFs in the United States, with 300 abroad.

Just in time for the September re-release of Avengers: Endgame, followed by the Dec. 18 premiere of Avengers: Doomsday, audiences will be able to catch all the action on an Infinity Vision-certified theaters.
