David Alaba is expected to leave Real Madrid as a free agent when his current contract expires, according to reports that have circulated since November.
The Austrian defender, who joined Real Madrid after a successful spell in Germany, is now approaching the final stage of his deal, with indications that he will not extend his stay at the club.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano on Friday, “David Alaba, expected to leave Real Madrid as a free agent, as reported since November. Several clubs already approached the Austrian defender, out of contract at Real Madrid.”
His availability on a free transfer is expected to attract further attention in the upcoming transfer window.
